One view of the work, with the right path for each cost

A card purchase is already tied to a card transaction. An employee’s personal purchase needs a reimbursement. A supplier invoice needs a payable and a payment decision. Auracle brings these jobs together while keeping their records and settlement paths distinct.

Put spending controls before the purchase

Give an eligible cardholder the format and controls suited to their work. Keep funding and permitted limits visible, then connect the resulting transaction to its business purpose.

Keep the receipt with the reason

Record merchant, date, amount, currency and purpose. A reviewer can see the supporting material, return an incomplete expense for correction or record a decision without chasing the story across separate messages.

Expense management

Repay the employee, once

Take an approved out-of-pocket expense to a verified recipient and a reviewed payment. Keep the expense approval distinct from the reimbursement status, and check whether a cost was already paid on a company card.

Pay the supplier against the bill

Keep supplier identity, invoice reference, currency and due date together. Review changed payment instructions separately from the invoice, then follow the authorised payout back to the amount owed.

Give finance a record it can use

Match the final card transaction or payout to the cost, including fees, partial payments and adjustments. Keep unresolved items in view instead of marking the entire record complete too soon.

Three costs, three correct outcomes

A hotel charged to a company card is matched to its receipt. A train ticket paid personally becomes an approved reimbursement. A supplier invoice becomes a reviewed payable. Finance can follow all three without confusing a card purchase, an approval and a payment.
