Put company spending in the right hands.
Give eligible team members virtual or physical cards, bring controls close to the purchase, and connect spending with receipts and business purpose.

Give the team useful boundaries
See the cardholder and current card status before changing a setting. Available controls can include freeze and unfreeze, amount and velocity limits, merchant-category rules and geographic restrictions. Set limits, merchant categories and regions on each card, so spending authority sits in the card controls where finance can see and change it.

Know what funds the purchase
Keep the card’s funding balance visible. Review any recharge or conversion step and the fees that apply before spending. Stablecoin funding, where supported, describes the funding route; it does not mean the merchant receives stablecoins or that every displayed asset is spendable.

Bring the card to a supported mobile wallet
Use a compatible mobile wallet to pay from an eligible device. Check the exact card, wallet, device and country combination before adding it. Device-token controls and the underlying card’s controls can operate separately.

Make the transaction useful to finance
Pair the transaction with its receipt, business purpose and reviewer. Distinguish an authorisation from the final transaction, and keep a missing receipt or unusual amount visible for follow-up. Card purchases and out-of-pocket expenses stay on separate tracks, so nothing is repaid twice.

Keep help and sensitive details close
Use the approved secure display to view sensitive card information. Manage activation and PIN tasks through the card’s supported flow, and reach the appropriate support route for a lost card, unfamiliar transaction or dispute. A freeze, a refund and a dispute are different actions.
A purchase with the context intact
A team member uses an eligible company card for a project expense. Finance sees the card transaction, receipt and project purpose together. A reviewer resolves a missing receipt, then the final transaction is matched to the cost. The card control and expense approval remain separate decisions.
